I used the on line service to book an appointment, this is a very good service. The text message reminders are a wonderful idea. My consultation with the Doctor was very good despite running late. Reception and waiting area could do with improving. You could easily hear who the receptionists were talking to on the telephone when you were waiting to be seen, not great confidentiality.

The doctors really listen and are helpful in explaining their diagnosis and what they are going to prescribe. Their attitude is one of care and consideration. Couldn't be better. The receptionists are likewise considerate and helpful, have an excellent telephone manner. Also "nurses" dealing with such things as injections/blood tests, etc., are equally helpful and considerate. An excellent surgery all round especially considering their colossal workload. The surgery could do with another doctor - the situation will become worse as more and more houses are built in this area.
